The award, presented during an official ceremony, reflects not only the team’s on‑ice quality but also its long‑term consistency, stability, and dominance throughout the opening phase of the competition. The trophy represents a well‑earned recognition of disciplined work, structured team play, and collective commitment.

Strong performance throughout the tournament‑based regular season

The EUHL regular season was played in a tournament format across four host cities: Debrecen, Győr, Oświęcim, and Cárta. UNI Győr ETO HC completed eight demanding matchups, consistently demonstrating preparedness and the ability to adapt to various styles of opponents. With 17 points and an impressive +17 goal differential, the team finished clearly at the top of the standings.

From the first game to the last, UNI Győr ETO HC delivered organized, disciplined hockey. Reliable defensive structure combined with an efficient offensive system allowed the team to capitalize on opponents’ mistakes — a key factor behind their successful run.

Key offensive contributors

Two players stood out as the team’s most productive skaters:

  • Sebestyén Csata – 8 goals, 8 assists
  • Bence Dzeci – 6 goals, 10 assists

Both forwards ranked among the most impactful players of the entire regular season. Their creativity, ability to perform in decisive moments, and leadership on the ice significantly contributed to the team’s overall success.
